Annotations is the new name for the quarterly school library newsletter, Off the Shelves. I am Bernadette Kearney, certified school librarian at Julia R. News about your school library: what goes on here, what we have here. The school library serves the entire school community–students, teachers, parents. We have one certified school library and a team of dedicated parent volunteers and student library aides to help you with your research and reading needs. Whether it’s a thesis paper you are working on, a subject you are investigating, a project you are creating, a book you are searching for, or a spot to relax–we are here to help. Take advantage of our physical and online resources and don’t be afraid to ask. We want to provide the services you need to learn and create. So, read the newsletter to find out what new resources we have to offer or what fun events we have planned or what online source we want to share. It’s all happening @the school library.
